1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kv33 ("kv33", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kv33 website located at https://kv33.io and all related services, products, games, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the kv33 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kv33 platform and close any account you may have registered.

2 Eligibility

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the kv33 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party. All accounts must be opened and operated exclusively by the registered account holder in their personal capacity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or have requested a cooling-off period on the kv33 platform or any affiliated platform. If you are subject to such measures, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

kv33 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to pass these checks may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kv33 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to keep this information current and to notify kv33 promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.

kv33 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its account registration and ongoing account management procedures. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the registered bKash or Nagad number is associated with your name)

kv33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kv33 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. kv33 will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you. kv33 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify kv33 support immediately. kv33 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation and password reset to protect your funds and personal data.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

kv33 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kv33 balance within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. kv33 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kv33 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kv33 account holder. Withdrawals to verified mobile wallet accounts are ordinarily processed within 30 to 60 minutes of request submission. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing timelines.

kv33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kv33 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all kv33 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the kv33 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, the reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kv33 platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

In the context of sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified except as permitted under specific circumstances described in the applicable sport betting rules.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with kv33's event-specific voiding and postponement rules. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
• kv33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where odds were published as a result of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply across all betting markets. These limits are visible within the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, event, and market type.

For casino and slots products, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the respective game information panels.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kv33 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the kv33 platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the kv33 platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing or any form of sporting fraud
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated method to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other multi-player product
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by kv33
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses kv33 staff or other platform users
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your kv33 account

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the kv33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game titles, user interface designs, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the exclusive property of kv33 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kv33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the kv33 platform without prior written authorisation
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any kv33 content or software
• Use any kv33 brand names, logos, trademarks, or service marks in any manner without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any part of the kv33 website on any other website or digital property

Any unauthorised use of kv33 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by kv33.

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms

kv33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kv33 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kv33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kv33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kv33 will provide notice to registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the kv33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kv33 operates in the online gaming market and complies with safe and fair platform standards.

In the event of a dispute between you and kv33 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, you should first contact the kv33 customer support team and allow a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be resolved informally. kv33 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve it through a mutually agreed-upon dispute resolution mechanism before pursuing any other legal remedy. kv33's decisions on all betting outcomes, game results, and account-related matters made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms shall be final and binding.
